How will I recognize my Chauffeur?
Colony Limousine chauffeurs are in dress attire; black suit, white shirt and black tie. Your Chauffeur will display a personalized paging sign with your name. Our limousine vehicles have personalized license plates with CLNY plus the number of the vehicle.

What if I do not see my chauffeur?
Our chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. If driver has not arrived in this time frame, please call 800.991.5466.

How can I pay for my transportation services?
All major credit cards accepted. We also accept traveler's checks or cash. A direct billing account can be set up for your convenience by calling 800.991.5466.

May I get a receipt for my transportation services?
Yes, you may obtain a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of the trip or you may request a receipt via fax or e-mail.

Should I tip my chauffeur?
There is a 15% mandatory gratuity for all limousine vehicle and transportation services; please confirm with the office at the time of booking to verify whether the gratuity has been added to your quote.

I had a limousine reservation but my plans have changed or have been canceled. What do I need to do?
Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Change or cancellation of any limo or bus service on the weekend we require 48 hours notice prior to pickup time. View our full cancellation policy here.

What happens if my flight is late?
Our operations staff monitors the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into Houston. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay unless the flight is delayed past 12:00 AM. All airport transfers between the hours of 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM will incur a $25 surcharge regardless of the circumstances.

What if my flight is canceled?
There is no charge for any flight arriving into Houston that is canceled by the airline. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to notify our office at 800.991.5466 to advise us of any new travel arrangements.

Can I make a last minute limousine reservation?
We will make every attempt to accommodate you.

Do you have insurance?
All vehicles and employees are fully insured. If you have any questions about the extent of our insurance coverage for your corporate account, please call and we will be glad to provide you with the information you require.

I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available
Due to size and safety restrictions for different age group , we are unable to provide car seates, but customers are more than welcome to bring their owns.

Is smoking allowed?
Our entire fleet of vehicles is nonsmoking. We respect the rights of the smoker, but we also respect the rights of the next passenger who may not smoke.

Can I consume alcohol in the vehicle?
Yes, if you are of the legal age (21 years or older in Texas) then you may consume alcohol that you have brought with you.
